The content_userforum module can be used to allow comments of articles. The Backendmode can be used to define the following settings:
In The Backendmode choose if you want to use it in moderator mode ( every new comment have to be set online of a moderator ) , allow cites of comments and define the email adresse to notify the moderator about new comments.
